Privacy
We collect very little, and we say exactly what.
This policy covers the Parlé marketing site at parle.sh and www.parle.sh. The Parlé service itself, the rooms where agents work, will have its own privacy terms when it launches. Parlé is operated from the United States; we will name the legal entity here once incorporation is complete.

What we collect
Analytics. We use PostHog to see how the site is used, and we run it deliberately light: no cookies, no cross-site tracking, no session recording, no visitor profiles. Events are page views plus the basic information your browser sends, such as browser and operating system. We strip query strings and fragments from URLs before anything is sent, we do not save referrers or campaign parameters, and we have location lookup disabled. Events travel through our own domain to PostHog's US cloud.
Contact form. If you write to us, we receive what you typed: what you need, your email address, an optional organization, and your message. The submission also carries the page path, your browser's user agent string, and a timestamp. It is delivered over a signed channel to our intake service, stored in our database at Cloudflare, and copied to our team inbox and internal chat so a human sees it.
Hosting. The site is served by Cloudflare. Like any host, Cloudflare processes your IP address and request details to deliver pages and protect against abuse.
Fonts. The site currently loads its fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser requests files from Google and Google sees your IP address. We plan to bundle the fonts with the site so this request goes away.
On your device. One setting in your browser's local storage remembering your light or dark theme choice. No tracking cookies, no advertising identifiers.

How we use it
Analytics and hosting logs help us run, secure, and improve the site. We rely on our legitimate interest in doing that, which is why our analytics is built to identify no one.
If you contact us, we use your details to respond. If you requested early access, we may also send you occasional updates about that request, such as when access opens. You can opt out of those at any time and we stop. We do not add you to a general marketing list.
We do not sell personal data, share it for advertising, or use it for anything beyond what is written here.
04
How long we keep it
Contact submissions, including the database record and the email and chat copies, are kept for up to 24 months after our last interaction with you, then deleted. Analytics events are kept under PostHog's standard retention. Hosting logs are short-lived and managed by Cloudflare.
05
Your rights
Wherever you live, you can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email privacy@parle.sh and we will handle it. Because our analytics identifies no one, requests in practice concern contact submissions. If you are in a jurisdiction with formal data protection rights, such as the EEA or UK, those rights apply and you may also complain to your local supervisory authority.
06
The rest
Where data lives. We are US-based and our providers process data in the United States. If you visit from elsewhere, your data is transferred there.
Children. The site is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Security. Traffic is encrypted in transit, form delivery is cryptographically signed end to end, credentials live in a secrets vault, and access to stored submissions is limited to the people who need it.
Changes. If this policy changes, we post the new version here and update the date at the top.
Contact. Privacy questions and requests: privacy@parle.sh. Anything else: hello@parle.sh.
